Project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to provide. We store the enquiry and its reference so our team can assess your requirement, contact you and manage follow-up. Enquiry information is handled through our website hosting, enquiry register and notification services. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or confidential plant records in the initial form.
Website operation
We use security checks to protect the enquiry form and prevent abuse. The website also records basic first-party activity, such as page visits, contact-button clicks and the broad source of a visit, to understand website use. These records do not include the contents of your enquiry. Browser session storage remembers the landing page and broad source for enquiry follow-up.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select “Allow analytics”, the website loads Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics measures visits, device and browser information, traffic sources, page activity and accepted enquiries. This helps us understand which services and campaigns are useful to visitors. Measurement is affected by your cookie choices, browser settings and blocking tools.
Our custom enquiry event includes the service category and confirmation that an enquiry was accepted. It does not include your name, phone number, email address, company, project description or enquiry reference. Phone and WhatsApp clicks are measured as contact attempts, not completed conversations.
Advertising storage, advertising user-data sharing and advertising personalisation are disabled in this implementation. We do not enable personalised advertising or enhanced conversions through these tags.
Your choices
“Essential only” keeps optional Google tracking off. The enquiry form remains available with either choice. Your preference is stored for up to six months. If you allow analytics, Google may also set analytics cookies to distinguish visits. You can change your choice below or through the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking and clears the Google measurement cookies this website can access; it does not automatically erase previously collected information.
Google services and external links
Google processes measurement data on its infrastructure, which may be outside India. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. External services, including WhatsApp, apply their own privacy terms when you choose to use them.
