VPSA gas purification systems

Pressure-cycle purification designed around the actual raw-gas profile.

Altpreneur supplies and integrates Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption packages for upgrading raw biogas to the required biomethane specification. Package selection is tied to flow, composition, recovery objective, operating hours, utilities and downstream compression.

Membrane purification systems

Compact, modular upgrading with staged separation and recovery control.

Membrane packages combine contaminant removal, gas compression, temperature control and multiple separation stages. We integrate the package with raw-gas buffering, off-gas management, online quality monitoring and the product-gas system.

Biogas storage balloons

Flexible buffer storage for steady gas handling and safe pressure control.

We supply and erect over-digester double-membrane gas holders and ground-mounted gas balloons. The scope includes the storage membrane, support or inflation system, anchoring, connections, level indication and pressure-protection interfaces.

Hybrid agitation systems

Mixing architecture that balances solids movement, energy and maintainability.

Hybrid systems combine complementary mixing modes—mechanical agitation, slurry recirculation and, where appropriate, gas-assisted movement. The arrangement is developed for digester geometry, feed rheology, solids content and operating regime.
